The cult LV Trainer sneaker is reinterpreted by Japanese streetwear legend Nigo as part of his second collaboration with Louis Vuitton Artistic Director Virgil Abloh.
The upper in white calf leather is printed with the duck motif of the Louis Vuitton x Nigo collection, which encompasses leather goods, accessories and ready-to-wear.
Nigo’s instinctive fusion of British dandy and Japanese street culture has established him as a uniquely influential figure, at the crossroads of fine art and fashion.
The LV x YK LV Initiales 40mm reversible belt belongs to the Painted Dots theme of the Louis Vuitton x Yayoi Kusama collection. On one side, Monogram Eclipse canvas is printed with the Japanese artist’s iconic dots.
Thanks to a 3D effect, the dots appear to have been painted by hand. On the other side, calf leather creates an understated look in combination with the matte black LV Initials buckle.
Featuring a rounded shape with a retro ’90s sportswear-inspired influence, the GG Marmont belt bag is introduced in multicolored metallic leather with a stitched chevron pattern.
The leather belt is designed so the bag can be worn high on the waist.
Finished with the recognizable Double G detail—an archival play on the Running G.
